Automation: Setting Up Integrations
Prerequisites
First, identify the vendors you plan to automate from the list on the Getting Started page. Then, for each vendor, follow the vendor-specific instructions to connect them to Polaris.

- Some platforms support granular permissions grants for API keys. Our goal is to limit the scope needed by our integration to only the permissions required to perform consumer lookup and opt-out/deletion. However, we've found in testing for platforms like Klaviyo and Stripe that full access is more reliable for allowing the automation to succeed. We're looking into reducing these scopes where we can, and will update this documentation with smaller required permissions if we are able.
